Analysis of Critical Success Factors (CSF) in the Quality Assurance Project of PT. SVM

A development project of quality assurance is always planned to achieve a successful and satisfactory final result. Many factors affect project's ability result, called the Critical Success Factors. Conducting critical success factor analysis requires company appropriate for research, PT. SVM was selected as subject research. This research analyzes Factors (CSF) at in handling university projects various cities Indonesia. The stages are initial interview, literature review, data verification, determining results CSF matched with verification CSF-related interviews. Based on 25 CSFs analyzed from 23 were used 2 not obtained process SVM.
